DefiniteArticle artist Mike Bell\\\'s work continues to gain international recognition. After gaining awards in 2006 for his paintings from galleries in Germany and Italy, Mike\\\'s work was shown last month in the Rhonda Schaller Studio Gallery in New York and in The Museum of the Americas in Doral, Florida. He was also awarded Master Artist Class from the American Art Jury after selection to their Spring /Summer online Exhibitions.
Next month he will be represented by The Crisolart Galleries of Barcelona on their stand at the new prestigious ARTEXPO Las Vegas, USA,and in November his work is published in a new book, 100 Contemporary International Artists, published by The European Communities Artists library of Barcelona.
In the Far East 12 of his paintings have been shortlisted for the design scheme for a new lounge at Bangkok Airport in Thailand.
Finally in November a portfolio of his work will also be amongst those shown by Agapetile USA on their stand at the Dubai Index Exhibition in United Arab Emirates. This is one the largest interior design trade shows in the world.
Now retired from full time teaching and lecturing Mike finds himself working harder than ever, and is making use of the Internet in reaching so much of the worldwide art market from a small village in Northumberland. |
