Born in 1966 in Hamburg, Oliver has been painting for the last sixteen years. He undertook an apprenticeship in reprographics in Hamburg in 1985-88, as well as a course in formation and layout techniques at this time. His main media are oils and acrylics, and his works have been exhibited in a number of German galleries and institutions, including:
