As a self-taught artist, Heather first discovered her gift for painting while convalescing on the beautiful island of Barbados. In watercolour she captured the warmth of the Caribbean, merging golden cane fields with red-hot sunsets and turquoise seas. Her extremely intuitive art is an extension of her spiritual development and with a calm, contemporary style combined with gentle rhythmic fusion she explores feeling and emotion through the use of vibrant colours and textures, allowing the viewer to feel a connection and be drawn to the essence and mood of each piece.
Heather has exhibited widely and her paintings can be found in private collections in London, Barbados, Dubai, Italy and California. She is a member of the Bayswater Artists Association.
